TERMS OF SERVICE

WHO YOU ARE BUYING FROM

Ireland under company number [COMPANY REGISTRATION NUMBER], registered address
[REGISTERED ADDRESS], VAT number [VAT NUMBER].

[LEGAL TRADING NAME] is the seller and the merchant of record for everything
sold here. Deathbarrel is the artist whose work and merchandise this store
carries, under a separate agreement. Deathbarrel is not a party to your
purchase, and no Norwegian company is the seller.

Any contract for goods bought here is between you and [LEGAL TRADING NAME].

USING THIS SITE

You may browse and buy for your own use. You may not resell our goods
commercially without written agreement, use the site unlawfully, or attempt to
interfere with it.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

PRICES AND CURRENCY

Prices are set in euro. If you are shopping from a market we support in another
currency — Norwegian krone, for instance — prices are converted and shown in
that currency, and you are charged in it. Conversion rates and any rounding are
handled by Shopify's market settings and can move.

Prices include VAT where it applies. Shipping is added at checkout and shown
before you pay.

ORDERS

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email to confirm
that the goods have been dispatched — not when you place the order and not when
you receive an order acknowledgement.

We may decline an order. Reasons include the item being out of stock, a pricing
or description error, a payment we cannot verify, or a delivery address we
cannot ship to. If we decline after taking payment, we refund in full.

ERRORS

We take care over descriptions, images and prices, but mistakes happen. If we
find a material error in the price or description of something you have ordered,
we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of continuing at the
correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

Photographs and prints are reproduced as accurately as screens allow. Colours
vary between displays.

STOCK

Availability shown on the site reflects our records at the time you look. It is
not a guarantee that an item will still be available when you order.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Everything on this site — artwork, designs, photographs, text, the Deathbarrel
name and marks — belongs to its respective owner and is used here with
permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use any of it commercially without
written permission.

Buying an item gives you the item. It gives you no rights in the design.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our
breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible
for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused
by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be
limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by anything here.

THINGS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by something outside our
reasonable control, including carrier disruption, extreme weather, industrial
action or the failure of public networks. If such an event materially affects an
order we will contact you, and you may cancel and be refunded for goods not
received.

PRIVACY

CHANGES

We may change these terms. The version published when you place an order is the
version that governs it.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the law of Ireland, and disputes fall to the Irish
courts. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU or the EEA, you keep
the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and
may bring proceedings there.

COMPLAINTS

Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] first — most things are settled quickly that way. If we
cannot resolve it, EU consumers may use the European Commission's online
dispute resolution platform.
